For nearly two decades, radio has been a part of Roy Lee’s life.  He started out as a radio DJ at 1600 WGIV-AM and 1140 WAME in Charlotte, NC.  He later became a top producing Account Executive at some of the nation’s legendary call letters including Adult Contemporary 107.9 Sunny FM and News/Talk 1110 WBT-AM in Charlotte, NC; Southern California’s historical Talk Radio 790 KABC, Oldies K-EARTH 101 and Radio One’s 100.3 THE BEAT.  After graduating from Johnson C. Smith University, Roy worked as a television writer-producer and reporter at Ted Turner’s WRET-TV and Jefferson Pilot Broadcasting’s WBTV News.

PAM BAKER, Co-Founder and Partner

With more than 20 years experience in Southern California media, Pam Baker has specialized in the areas of sales and marketing for CBS Radio Stations (Infinity) News KFWB-AM and the launching of the Dodgers Radio Network, Oldies K-EARTH 101, Radio One's Urban KKBT, ABC/Disney stations Classic Rock KLOS-FM and News/Talk KABC-AM, KLOS Syndications for The Mark & Brian Morning Show, Adult Contemporary KOST 103 FM, Transtar Radio Networks (Unistar/Westwood One), and The Walt Disney Company/Disneyland Theme Parks.  In addition, Ms. Baker was the Marketing, Management & Sales Editor at Radio & Records, the industry’s leading publication on the radio and record industry.
